Create an internal feature that slopes

I am trying to create an adaptor to change a Garmin gps mount to a Wahoo gps mount, there is a 90 degree orientation difference between the two. I am stuck on creating a lug locating profile. I have created a profile with the loft command but the profile has sloping side, I would like it to have vertical sides. Please see attached design and photo of the required result. I have thought about using sweep but not sure how to configure it.  thanks for your help

Thanks. - I hadn't realised (or knew) that clicking and holding the left mouse button you could cycle through features - I only used the click and hold to cycle through lines on top of lines.  thanks for your help.  Chris
