Create a Copy is missing in Sketch Mode

I am trying to copy a shape I have created in Sketch Mode.  I right click the shape and use the menu to Move/Copy.

The create a copy checkmark is missing.  Saw a forum thread from 2017 which said this was an oversight and was on a list of items to be fixed, but either it is still not done, or there is a setting which has disabled it?

does your dialog change when you select something?

I think this works OK.  I think you have to select something first, before the Copy button comes up.  This is consistent with other Move command interactions.

Nevermind, figured it out.

I was NOT in edit sketch mode, only viewing it.
