Crash Error reports, are themselves getting an error

I've had a few crashes recently, but after I fill out the crash report and submit it, I recieve the following error in the broswer:

Error 500--Internal Server Error

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

I'm assuming that this is a problem within my company network. Can anyone supply some info on what might be going on to cause the crash reports to error like this?

I had (2) crashes today from the same operation, and the second of those generated the same "internal server" error message. I'm not on a company network, so I made the judgment that Autodesk just didn't want to hear about my problem;-)

Thank you for reporting this issue, I just did a quick test and the CER reporting system appears to be working (I tested on my Mac). This makes me think this may have been a temporary outage. Please let us know if this issue occurs again.
