Hi everyone

 

I had just finished working on a model when clicked to start cloud rendering and Fusion crashed. When I opened the software again, file wouldn't open and the same happens in the preview window in a360. What I have already tried:

 

- Downloading the .f3d file via a360 and importing to Fusion on a different project: crashes on open as if I had opened the file from within the software, no change;

- Downloading STP/IGES/IPT file via a360: no link is generated, I get the message warning that I'll receive an email with the link but such email never reaches me;

- Promoting earlier versions: same errors, no change at all.

Thanks for posting this. I've logged it as a crash (FUS-28545). 

 

It appears to be crashing in the Sculpt code. I've asked the engineer to post a remedy if they can find one.

The engineers were indeed able to fix the model. Please find it attached. Very nice model!
