Copy Component to new Design Component gets Very Big

Hello Fusion Forum,

When I copy a Component to a new Design, Save as Mesh
and open it In Bambu to slice the Component has become
very big.
I have checked to the Units in the Save as mesh to
make sure I am not going from MM to inches but
it continues to balloon when opened in the slicer.

We need the original file with design history in .f3d or .f3z format.

Hello trippy, cad whisperer and the Fusion forum,

The STL file format is part of the problem. The clamp was

downloaded from Thingiverse via a search for C-clamp by 

KerryBG.

So am trying to save the STL as a 3FD but when I save it Fusion

makes it like twenty-five times the correct size. Perhaps it was saved

at Thingiverse in inches and the units in my Fusion is mm.

Will try that when I get back to my computer.

Hello trippy, cad whisperer and the Fusion forum,

Went to Thingiverse and copied a fresh copy of the clamp STL. The
STL was opened in Fusion and in Document Settings the units
were changed from mm to inches.
The file still is giant, see Copy_Component_260320.jpg, attached.

A couple of weeks ago the clamp was printed and the
size, as shown attached JPG C-clamp_260321.jpg was
about four inches. Now when I open up the STL
in Fusion is 24 inches.

What made it grow?
