Converting assembly for 3d printing

Hi All.

Can any one suggest how can I convert the attached assembly into a "Block" so that the internall structure is hollow and readu for 3d printing?

When i export to .stl all the guts inside are still there which result in hefty ammount of time to print which is not needed.

Thanks for any help.

I closed all the openings and tried Boundary Infill first but it didn't work.
Finally, I unstiched the bodies and deleted all the inner surfaces. Then I stitched again and combined them.
