Controlling helix twist of a non-uniform shape cut sweep

Greetings, I'm working on a project where I'm attempting to rotate a non-uniform solid object 180 degrees as it moves through a chute (for lack of a better word). I've implemented an example displaying the problem I'm having, and below are the steps I took when attempting to model this chute.

1. sketch block base

2. extrude block

3. sketch non-uniform solid shape on one side of the block

4. create a helix going through the block with a 0.5 rotation

5. move (rotate) the helix such that it starts on the bottom of the object being sketched (image attached)

5. create a sweep cut using the sketch from step three as the shape and the helix as the guide line

I think watched the following video on the forums, as this was the most similar issue that I could find.

I added the rotated sketch and the loft cut, however this just cut another hole through the block again without a rotation associated.

I've attached an image of the results of my example problem. You should be able to see the start of the chute and it exiting through the top of the block, unfortunately with no rotation associated with the starting sketch. You should also see the sketch through the block where I would like for the cut to end up, and how the rotation has changed by 180 degrees from the objects starting position.

I know I've done this in the past using Solidworks, however I no long have access to that tool and Fusion 360 is a new tool I'm still learning.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

You can use a Sweep with Guide Rail,

Path on the Centreline of the cut profile, and the half coil on the tip of the profile,

Only tricky bit, Project > Include 3d Geometry and select the apex of the triangle edge, in a 3d sketch,

The Coil defaults to orientate to the horizonatal at the start position, but when made can be rotated to align with your data.

File to follow the timeline and sreencast

Might help....
