Contextual help

I'm new to Fusion and in videos I've seen there's a contextual help that appears next to commands and tools when hovered or clicked. Is there a setting to turn it on (or whatever that can be turned on to provide more guidance)?

IN Fusion360 go to your NAME on the upper right corner of the screen. With the mouse tap the down arrow and select Preferences.  In there you will find a set of options.  Then select Show Tooltips.
