Concentric Joint

I'm trying to create a joint to align (2) thru holes but also make sure the components are concentric. In SolidWorks, I would of used (2) concentric or a concentric and a coincident mate.

How can this be done in Fusion? (See attached screencast)

Use two Revolute joints to align them, one on the small hole and one on the center.  You'll get a warning on the second joint which can be ignored.
