Complex contour flange

Hey everyone, my best attempt to describe my problem is that I'm trying to run an L-shaped contour around a rectangular base flange. EXCEPT the rectangle isn't a rectangle - one of the long sides has two small and different angles to the short sides. AND where those angles meet there is a bend across the (non)rectangular base. Images below, .f3d file attached.

The problem enters at the miter.

It seems the angle between these faces is causing some discontinuity in the way Fusion identifies where miters go. But I'm new to sheet metal and may very well have no idea what I'm talking about.

Thanks for the help!

Lee

Perhaps this is what you want to do?

You can add an offset to each bend, so you can adjust them so that they do not interfere with each other.

You can sketch and add shapes in Extrude later on for the areas you missed.

I took a video of my operation, here it is.
