When are you going to allow the user to be able to select colors this way?, the current method is clearly not productive.

Also being able to color the sketches could be a great help for those like me who develop kinematic mechanisms.

You can color sketches in Autodesk Inventor Professional and develop kinematic mechanism in the Inventor Dynamic Simulation Environment.  Reading your posts leads me to believe that you might be using the wrong Autodesk design product.

maybe, I know that inventor does, I tried it, the real question is why not have it integrated from the start on fusion?

That is a question I have been asking the Fusion developers since the beginning.

Here, years later, significant functionality still does not exist that existed in Inventor and competing products back then.

Can you imagine developing a new cell phone that does not have the functionality of the original iPhone even today?

Or an electric car that doesn't have say, air conditioning or some other ubiquitous functionality that we have come to expect in modern 21st century automobiles.

If a company wants me to change CAD (or automobile or phone) they should logically have a product that does everything the old technology did - plus a bit more... ...I am not expecting them to carry on the baggage from the last century just to keep the transition to new technology "comfortable", I am expecting real function.

Design Differently!

Fusion 360 does not meet my expectations (I would write “my needs”, but I am retired now so I don’t “need” any CAD software).

Sorry the language barrier means that I don't understand the message you want to convey through your remarks, which I suppose are second degree.

Please keep your answers simple and direct.

Yes, I would really love if Fusion would let you select a color, rather then cycling through a random order. I deal with files that are hundreds of components, and trying to cycle through 15+ colors for each one is not at all efficient.

Our entire company uses Fusion 360 and this is a feature we would like to see added to the feature list. We regularly use Fusion 360 for assembly documentation here and color coordinating 3D photos is very helpful for technicians to more easily identify parts.
