Coincident Issue When Making A Parameter Larger

I have a weird issue with my design where if I make panel_holder_diameter smaller it will work, but when I make it larger there is an error, which has something to do with the coincident constraints in my sketch. Also, I can technically make panel_holder_diameter larger, but only by ~4mm. I'll share the file so you can replicate the issue.

Blue sketch articles do not play well with changing parameters.

3d Sketches do not play well, either.

Fully defined 2d sketches are recommended.

Must have taken ages to build that sketch.

As the circles are not even adjusting, in size, (but some can rotate) I'll presume the legs in the Y direction prevent that, and as there are 5 of them finding which one?

Example with 2d sketches attached.
