coil that wraps around cone

hi, I have a cone and I need a coil to wrap it around, but standard coil function does not seem to have an ability to make any coil shapes other than cylindrical. is there any way to get around this limitation? I have seen youtube video where a guy uses "helix generator" add in, but it does not work with current fusion version. 

in the picture is not a cone but more complicated shape, still wrapped around with coil - made with the help of "helix generator" add in.

No need to use a Fusion 360 add-in, the application can do it already.  Here is model with one method shown.

Attached is another method of creating the same design. This one takes a bit more planning to get the two features to line up correctly.

thanks for sharing the model. however I cannot see the full history of creating that. first element i see is a coil. i don't get how do you set up different diameters at the bottom (8") and the top?
