Not sure, its working for me but seems slow. Not sure what you can do, hopefully an employee will chime in soon.

Hi,

There are some intermittent issues occurring, primarily in the European region. We are continuing to investigate, with the current diagnosis being an intermittent problem around authorization. Since the issue is intermittent, retrying after an error is the current recommendation.
