Cloud rendering not rendering the emmissions through translucent plastic, while my local-render does.

I'm stuck with a problem where I can't use the cloud-render from autodesk to render my images. 

I use the LED emmission material behind the abs plastic material, that I made translucent.

I want to use the cloud-rendering because then I can do a motion study and that isn't possible on the local render.

I do have an rtx 2060 that has ray-tracing cores so maybe that's what makes the differences. 

I get the same effect from the in-canvas render if I choose the fast mode instead of the advanced mode.

Can someone please tell how I can render the emmissions with cloud rendering?
