Cloud rendering credits purchased to wrong account help!!

Hi, I have two autodesk accounts, a free student one and a work one. I just purchased 100 cloud credits and accidentally entered my student account while ordering. Can someone please help me get those transferred to my work account?

I would be more than happy to help you out with this, however, I am also going to need some help from our Accounts team, and they are out of the office for the holiday weekend. They will be returning on Tuesday, however I am more than happy to get the ball rolling in the meantime.

 

Could you provide the email addresses that are associated with your Autodesk accounts? If you do not feel comfortable posting them on the forum board, feel free to send me a private message! In your response, could you also denote which account the cloud credits were applied to and which account you would like them switched to?
