Cloud files seem to be missing

I'm not able to browse my Fusion 360 files stored in the cloud. First, a red banner appears saying I don't have permission. Then, the banner disappears but will only show me files I've made in the past few days. I'm trying to find one from a month or so ago. Any help will be appreciated.

Presuming you have a current licence, and never changed your log in details,

I can only say its not happened to me, - if you can log in, - use the same account details used when the files were made.

@RajkumarIlanchelian  Might help....

Log into Autodesk Drive using the Autodesk ID you used when creating your files.  If you have more than one, you might try all of them.  Navigate down the left side to the Fusion 360 icon and select.  Once in the web database, click on your Avatar or login name in the upper right corner and browse all your team associations and personal storage locations.

Following this post to see progress.

@William_Dec_45 As @jhackney1972 called out let us know if switching hubs gets the files you are looking for. Also will be good to know if you changed your email ID to login at any given time that you are seeing these files missing (meaning any change you created those files using another email Id which means that is a different account).

Please pardon my delayed response. I've been quite ill.

1. I signed in via my password manager to see this page

3. I clicked on every option. None of them took me to my files or, to a screen showing the image you included in your response.

Sorry, the images are all over the place. I could figure out how to arrange them in order.

Yes sir! That worked. Apparently, I have two sign-ins as Mr. Hackney suggested. Found my files, thanks!
