Close a hole on a non-uniform surface

I am trying to close/fill this half circle hole. It was created as part of a pattern. I tried using tools in Solid and Surface but each method failed for one reason or another. There are 18 holes to close so this should be considered when creating a solution. I appreciate any assistance on proper method.

Re-work your patterns to be able to suppress the pattern instances that will remove the partial holes.  I did a quick re-work on my attached model but I only eye-balled the spacings just to give you the idea of what I mean.  You will need to enter the exact dimensions since you know them better.

I appreciate you taking time to answer this request for help. Playing around with you instructions reveals that recreating the patterns will not be easy because the model wasn't created from known dimensions. There will have to be measurements taken off the model at multiple points in the timeline. If it was know at the beginning these holes would not be needed your pattern method would be ideal. I will give your method a try, however I wonder if it is easier to fill the holes than recreating patterns and suppressing the holes.

While the pattern recreate would produce the model I was looking for the delete face option was quicker in this circumstance. Thanks.
