Clearance for sheet metal welding

Hello everyone, I am designing this plenum that connects the lower and upper body of a station (airflow goes from the lower body to the upper body through this plenum. In order to avoid any leaks, all its corners will have to be welded properly, so what is the clearance for welding (offset in the video) that I should leave between faces when working on sheet metal?

Please, refer to the video to clearly see the gap between faces that I mean, I set 0.1mm. At this distance, I can prepare the nesting without problems, but the Flat pattern feature doesn't work. Is there any standard value out there? ps. ignore the last 45 sec of the video.

Thanks in advance

Please find attached the requested file. Have a look at the corners, I have set 0.1mm offset for welding but I made up this value so not sure if it will be okay, just need to know a reasonable clearance between sheet metal parts that they will be welded.
