Circular Dependency Issue

I am working on a fairly complicated cylinder head design and suddenly upon reopening the file I have a circular dependency problem. Has anyone got any advice for troubleshooting this? I cannot publicly share the file unfortunately.  The feature that is causing the problem is a long way back in the timeline, is this a fusion bug of have I done something here?

Is there any way you can recreate the problem?
