circle or rectangular ?

as you see in the picture my design dose not have circular curve as the tutorial video have , so in this case i cannot do the circle 3 point ! so I go to rectangular or how I could complete it ?

I did not watch the video, but my first thought is to add 3 Coincident or Tangent constraints 

or

one Coincident for the center location and a dimension.

Use Sketch > Project > Project, and click on any circle on the servo shaft.  

He is using 3 point circles to find the centres of existing holes / shafts.

only he would now why.  (Not a good tutorial)

This is at least your third post with what seems to me a fairly trivial problem in this same design.

Have you discussed your difficulties with your instructor/teacher ?

I don’t think so, projecting a circle to the current sketch, brings the centre point with it.

he was using the hole tool after the finding of the centre point.

 yes I do , my teacher never teach us how to use this program the last semester he just sent us some tutorial ( videos ) and we follow it to complete the design, and he repeats that again at this semester , I don't have any info so that I keep asking and when I went to my teacher he told me you have to finish it or you will not pass !! 

maybe my problem using the program seems very easy for you but for me, it is a big problem

That might be worth it.

Also, without knowing the tutorial you are referring to and without having a design to work with we are very limited in what guidance we can provide.

To me it looks like your teacher is giving you tutorials that he himself doesn't fully understand.  That is unfortunate. That means you must look for answers elsewhere (the reason you came here).  Follow @TrippyLighting advise and go through the tutorials offered by autodesk.  Also be aware that, like your teacher, folks offering tutorials on youtube frequently don't know what they are doing.  It's up to you to figure that out.  

In the specific example posted here, it's important to understand WHY the demonstrator is drawing the circle.  He's only doing it to create a point to use as a reference for the hole tool.  In this specific case it was totally unnecessary to create a sketch with a circle to do that.  the existing geometry would have worked just fine.  

In our case, begin with the idea that you need a reference POINT to use for the center of the hole.  Is drawing a circle the best way to achieve that?  No.  creating a sketch with either a dimension-ed point or projected geometry is probably what you need to do.  Hard to say without your model.

Looking at your object browser, you might consider looking into @TrippyLighting 's rule#1.

I do understand that I should watch and try to learn the basic but the problem is I don't have time before one week suddenly he told us to do this project and at the end of this week I have to submit it.   

I will do my best to learn  I want to but I don't have a great teacher, and because I'm working hard the last semester my design was the best because I try to teach myself but it is difficult when you don't have someone to guide you

You've had time to make multiple post about multiple issues and wait for an answer. Likely these topics are discussed in these tutorials. Certainly you'll have questions, but you will be in a much better position to ask questions and will likely receive much better answers and help.

You can get to the written Fusion 360 documentation right from within Fusion 360 by clicking on the small question mark in the upper right corner in Fusion 360:

Learning and help will bring to the written documentation in Fusion 360, which in many cases explains concepts better than any of the tutorials I've seen. 

"Start here" will bring you to the aforementioned tutorials.

Here is a link to a pre-filtered search on the Autodesk University website:

These are usually 1 - 1.5 hour sessions and contain a lot of tips that you won't find anywhere else.

I recommend to start with this one.
