Changing formatting for automatic drawing callouts

I was just wondering if there is a way to customize the format of various automatic drawing callouts. Examples that come to mind are on multiple holes instead of 4X “hole parameters” I would like to say “hole parameters” Typ 4 Places. I’d also drop the thread classification. On detail or section view titles I’d remove all caps and underline the top line. Thanks in advance.

No, I you cannot customize the call outs you mention.  You can however can manually edit all of them on an individual basis.  The one about "removing all caps in section and detail views annotation" would be in violation of drafting standards.
