Changed a design, saved as v2 - thumbnail updated, but when I open the model...

It opens with the v1 design, and I lost all of my changes. Oddly enough, the thumbnail image shows the correct model with the changes (they were significant enough to be visible even in small scale).

Any help on this one?

Hi there,

Can you please click on Help --> "Diagnostic Log Files", and send us the zip file that it generates? It will not contain any user-specific data, only debug log files that will help us figure out what might have happened. For example, it'll help us find out if there were any issues in saving or uploading your second version to the Cloud.

Thanks for the Diagnostics Files. I went through them carefully, but could not find anything suspicious. The log files contain no errors/warnings at all. All the four Fusion files that you have in your local cache have already been uploaded properly. There is nothing in the Upload Queue. In your local cache, there is one file that is at version 15, and another one at version 2. The other two are still at version 1.

Would it be possible for you to invite me to your project so I can take a better look at your issue? My id is ahsan.ali@autodesk.com. Also tell me which file you're having trouble with.

You've been invited. I've also just made a screencast of some of the strange happenings with this model. I will update when complete. The file in question is in the Ultrasabers folder, marked 18650 NEC 28 square port.

I took a look at your file "18650 NEC 28 square port". For some reason, the thumbnail is missing in the Side Panel. The file has four versions. When I open the file from the Side panel, it does open the latest version (v4) of the file as expected. From a very quick look, v4 is very different from v3. However, v4 looks somewhat similar to v2 and v1. When you said you lost your changes, were you referring to v2 of the file?

Could you please clean up your local cache by going to the Help button (top-right) and click on "Clear user cache data"? Then try opening the file again please. Do let us know what you find.
