Change dimension in a sketch

For some reason now I cannot change the dimension of a circle. It only lets me move the dimension number

Any suggestions?

How was the circle created, is it projected? If it is not constrained to anything have you changed it to a driving dimension?

You should be able to locate the circle in the time line at the bottom and then right click. Hopefully you see an option for edit sketch. That should allow you to change the dimension.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
