these 2 corners are both supposed to appear mirrored to each other

We can't help unless model is shared, please go to file>export>.f3d and attach so we can take a closer look

If all of the edges are selected at once, they share the settings.  If edges are added afterwards, the desired settings must be set.  In other words, each line in the dialog has separate settings.

Hi! I believe this is a UI confusion issue. The Distance/Angle Chamfer should only allow connected edges to be selected. When non-connected edges are selected, the face reference would need to be supplied. However, there isn't a workflow to do that.

In this case, to avoid the confusing result, the Chamfers will need to be created separately (one chamfer per edge).
