Capture Image is not working properly

When I go to File, Capture Image...

And select a location on my computer.

It is empty...

I use this to email collaboration images with customers.

This project is at a stand still till I can get their approval.

I just tried it out and it works for me. I am aware that that does not help you.

You should be able to simply make a screenshot of your design. If you are working on a Windows system you can use the snipping tool.

The result is really not that different from the function built into Fusion 360.

I also would encourage you to use the A360 web viewer. You can create link to your design directly from the data panel. You have the option to allow them to download it or view in 3D only.

this works also nicely on a phone.

I did do a screen shot (Shift command 4) on a mac.

But For some reason it will not capture image in the drop down menu

Must have been something on my end.
