canvas image not clear

Hi I've used this to to be used as a canvas image.

but after adding the canvas image I get this making it extremely difficult to calibrate the image. 

but if I do calibrate using the image like this.

the problem seems to disappear.

Can you please attach the image, and let me know what OS you use?

Thanks. I can't reproduce the issue. Let me know if you find it happening often and with other images. Very likely this is a graphics issue, so check your drivers if you see this again, or other graphics issues.

Thanks for looking Phil,

I thought it might be a problem with the importing of the file because if I leave it at the size it comes in at, select calibrate and don't change the size just accept the current size the image updates and is ok.
