I have tried reducing the mesh many times but still, I failed to convert it to T-Splines, I have tried to convert to quad mesh but failed to do that also in Fusion 360 and Meshmixer.

Can you Attach the original file here (preferably in state before attempting to reduce face count).

Why would you need such a dense mesh to convey such a simple shape?

A clear indication that this will not converter is the sheer size of the quad mesh file. A .obj file with 170+ MB size contains a LOT of mesh data. In this case It's over 1 million faces. It helps to pay a little attention to some basic details.

You can likely get this shape represented by a mesh with 100 times or fewer polygons.

If I had to model this from scratch, the control cage would have less than 100 polygons!

I remeshed one of the meshes with InstantMeshes to a mesh with 10k polygons. This is the result:

I don't think that is what the error says. Can you post a screenshot, or even better create a screencast of your workflow ?

That is just a warning. As you already have converted your T-Spline the export should just work.

Ahh I have exported with this error however its very off putting and buggy. Looking for the model 70% of the time it's missing. Can you report this or check?
