I created a sheet metal part, and then extruded/chamfered the top in various ways to get my intended shape. Now I'm unable to unfold my part, and believe this has to do with not have proper relief in the bends. Sorry if relief isn't the proper term, but i'm referring to were a bend stops and the straight (unbent) piece extends further. If this condition was created with the flange tool it would automatically input its own relief (space) where the bend isn't full length. Is there any way to manually input my own space there without creating more sketches? I really need this to be as automated as possible.
Thank you,
I think this should be in the preview forum so the right people see it.

Edit. You are probably going to need to attach your design as well. Export as an f3d and upload here.

Hi @travis
Thanks for posting! I would be interested to have a look at the file you are working with - would you mind sharing it with me using any of the techniques at this link? I am happy to have a look at why it may not be unfolding.
I believe Fusion will automatically create the bend reliefs when the edge condition is set to "Two sides". You could then override the Bend Relief rules to size the space manually (the rules determine the automatically generated relief shape). I have shown this in the screencast below - hopefully this helps! If not, please share your design with me and we will continue troubleshooting.
