Cannot Move Sketch in Sketch Plane

Hello,

I hope all is well. Here's the issue:

• I made a sketch. After several extrusions and other manipulations, I realized that the sketch was off by 3.6mm along a dimension in the sketch plane. 
• Going through the design time-line, I wanted to fix that issue by moving the sketch in the plane of the sketch to correct for that mistake. 
• I can't do that, and I have attached a quick video to show what happens instead. 

Please let me know if I should provide anything else. Thanks again.

Please share the file and explain where "3.6 mm" should change.

File > export > save as f3d locally  > attach it to the next post.

My apologies, I actually changed the design quite a bit. I'm going to accept your response as a solution, and not make the same mistake.

Often the connection of a sketch element or dimension to the origin is responsible for this.
