Cannot lock some sketches

Sketches 2 and 4 cannot be locked, even though they are black, and I cannot figure out why.

I'm new to Fusion 360, but did all the tutorials and still cannot find the answer.

Help and explanation would be much appreciated.

Check the other warnings, especially those in sketch 1.

Enter the command Sketch.ShowUnderConstrained in TEXT COMMANDS entry field to see all of the unconstrained geometry in a sketch:
