can you install exactflat to window system?

I am on 30 days trial to discover whether Fusion 360 with exactflat together can help me to customer make Car Cover. I try to Add-in Exactflat but cannot find it in there.

I am totally new in 3D programme, but willing to learn new things. I will appreciate you help.

there may be a problem with it I just tryed to install it and it fails.
