Can this be converted to regular STL

I want to edit the hole diameter, for the trailer ball, it is too small after I printed it, it will not fit the 2"diameter ball for my hitch, so I want to edit the hole size if I can. Please give me a list of steps to convert it and I will try to do it. skill level: beginner, but trying to learn more.

I have to free for personnel use version of fusion 360.

You Forum Post title is a little misleading.  I will assume you want to convert, the supplied mesh, into a solid body so you can edit the hole.  The video steps you through that process and goes beyond into how to find the existing hole center and the increasing of the hole size to 2 inches.  Model is attached if you get stuck.

I followed your video for each step, and it worked great, I had to retry a couple times on some items, but I did get it done eventually, thank you very much and how do i download the video so i can keep it in my reference folder

Autodesk has taken away the ability to down inserted videos when support for Screencast ended.  I have attached the video so you can download it.
