Can't resolve a t-spline error

Hi ! well, I have a problem in my model in sculpt mode, I cannot convert it to a body in order to 3d print it because of an t-spline error that is "invisible" in repair mode, I am completely stuck. I would be very thankful from your help, and would very happy to learn how to fix efficiently these errors !

That model has a lot of self intersecting geometry. If you remove those self intersections it should convert.

Also as a beginner you should model only with quad faces meaning polygons that have only 4 edges and vertices.

okay so I will redo the "wings" without welding the edges to it, is that a solution ?

I've looked at the model a little closer and it looks like you creased all edges.

Hard edged low polygon modeling is not what T-Splines were designed for , although that can be done.

However as a beginner I'd not follow a "cease all edges" workflow.

What I thought to be self-intersecting geometry is actually separate "boxes. and is Ok. However, in the center piece you have an internal vertical face between the segments. That creates a non-manifold and is what really prevents Fusion 360 from converting the T-Spline bodies into solid bodies (BRep).

So I shouldn't use the sculpt environment to do it ? (I'm sorry I learn using the soft by practicing)

Perhaps you might want to go through some the tutorials on the Learn & Support section to familiarize yourself with the basic workflows.

Maybe also explain what "it" is that you want to model.
