Can't render model

I can render my model neither with cloud rendering nor locally.

When I try to use local rendering, “Preparing local rendering. Please wait while and image of the document is stored for the local render.” and nothing happens.

When I try to use cloud rendering, it starts, but then message is shown saying “Your rendering could not be rendered because an error occurred.”

I have attached model backup file.

@kriomant

It's not a problem with your model or the file. Could you post your diagnostic logs so the Fusion team can take a look at the problem?

@kriomant

If you don't know how to get your diagnostic files look in the top right corner of Fusion. Click the question mark in the circle with the down arrow.

Thanks for the mention @PhilProcarioJr, we are looking into it.  My initial findings are the same as yours:  The model seems to render OK locally for me.  That could be a graphics driver issue.

@kriomant, could you possibly also send us your graphics diagnostics info?

Regarding the cloud rendering, we are also looking into that as well, and obviously, that should not depend on your graphics driver...  It could be two separate issues.

More later,

Jeff

I can reproduce the cloud rendering issue.  I get this error:

Here is my graphic diagnostics info:

[GPU Information]
GPU Device: Intel Iris Pro
GPU RAM: 1536 MB (Integrated card)
GPU Driver API: OpenGL

[Graphics Effects Settings]
Use high-resolution graphics: Off
Anti Aliasing: On
Ambient Occlusion: On
Object Shadow: Off
Ground Shadow: On
Ground Reflection: Off
Selection Display Style: Normal
Transparency Effect: Better Performance

[Limit effects to optimize performance]
Off

However, it is unlikely caused by graphics, because other models can be rendered locally just fine.

I just noticed that you show in-canvas rendering on your screenshot. In-canvas rendering works for me too. It is local rendering (Render → Local) which don't.

Hi @kriomant

Thank you for posting!

I've looked into your model and I figured out that the render couldn't keep going since specific part was created. (Extrude 3).

so I removed the "Extrude 3" and recreate then, Render was succeed.

I'm attaching the file and sharing avi. Please take a look at it.

Thank you very much, it works! Smiley Very Happy

It is really cool how responsive team and community are.

However, I really hope for improving of problem diagnostics in such cases.

I'm having this issue years later. In Canvas render works fine, but cannot do a proper render. Tried all sorts, no joy
