Hello,
I have been trying to position a sphere on the endpoint of a line, which is perpendicular to the endpoint of another line. Both lines have parametric dimensions so I can position the sphere along the plane in which the lines reside.
What I noticed is that the sphere will be moved only in the direction perpendicular to the plane it was created in. If this plane is parallel to the one where the lines are, the sphere will not be moved at all because all possible directions are parallel with it's own plane.
This means that I can move the sphere in one direction or none at all, depending on the plane I choose to make it in.
The first screenshot is the original position, in the second the sphere moves along the Y axis as it is perpendicular to the plane it was created in, in the third the sphere does not move as the Z axis is parallel to the plane. (I have not tried planes which are not perpendicular to each other)
Is there a workaround for this?
Any reply is appreciated.
