Can't move or delete. This is getting fustrating.

I deleted the linked files from each other in the browser of each file. Yet I keep getting the file is in use when I try to delete it or move it. 

Anyone feel like taking a look.

I also have fusion shut down completely and the hub still shows my file as in use.

Although you've deleted the link in the current version the links still exist in the file's version history. If you only have one top level assembly file you broke the links in use Save As to create a new copy of the file. Now delete the old top level assembly file then the designs that were linked to it.
