Can't Log In

When I type in my login info into the login dialog box it just refreshes and does nothing.

There is no error it just reloads and clears the form fields.

If I try a user/pass that I know is incorrect it does give an error so it's not that I'm using incorrect credentials.

My login info is correct, I'm able to login to my account on the website just fine.

 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted, disabled my firewall, etc., and nothing works.

Hi Audymatic,

We have analyzed your logs and believe the issue is either related to a firewall or proxy server.  I am hoping this article here might help you  http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Netw...

 

One way to verify this it to try and use your account while you are connected to a different network.

Actually I think it's something wrong with the software. 

My system firewall configuration has not changed since I last used Fusion 360 without issue and I do not use a proxy server.

 

I installed the Mac App Store version, it logged in and is working just fine.
