Can't loft

I'm trying to loft between two sections with sketched lines (the blue-marked sections) but getting errors I don't understand. I tried also "Patch" in the "Surface" section but to no avail. Something I missed or did wrong in my making?

You could use loft or patch in surface mode.

Hi,

Solid lofts are not possible with hollowed bodies in one step.
To do this, you first have to loft the "outer body" and then remove the inner one by loft/cut.

I tried that before asking here since that was my intention and for some reason it didn't work but I'll sure try that again, thank you!
