can't import igus product files

I can open this file in a 360 and rhino but can't open it in fusion it fails . anyone know why ?

That's odd, I didn't have such issue opening the attached file.

Anyway, attached is the .f3d file, so you can continue your work if the imported file still fail to open after the Dec 10 Update.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I tried the attached .stp file and it can be opened in Fusion 360 successfully. I'm using the latest update - 2.0.1768. Could you check it again on your side?

Here is a screencast to show my steps - both upload to cloud and open from local. If you can see the problem, could you share more information the problem you met? Thanks!

Thank you for the replies , I am not sure why lt didn't want to work last night but this morning it did work .
