Can't get font to extrude

I created a sketch with Arial font and was able to extrude it just fine.  But I have another font that I just installed on my PC (Win 10), and it will not extrude.  The font is called Bowhouse and I got it here:

https://www.1001freefonts.com/bowhouse.font

I attached the f3d file.  The sketch with Bowhouse font is in the "Clara Dog Tag" component

Hi, @SGoldthwaite.

I also had problems with fonts in the past, but I couldn't remember if it was from OTF or TTF fonts.

I checked here and this Bowhouse didn't work heretoo. I converted these fonts to TTF and it worked, after restarting Fusion:

To make the conversion I used https://convertio.co/pt/otf-ttf/,  but I attached here the new files.

I'm having the same issue trying to use a stencil font. I'm using F360 for Mac. I can get some fonts to extrude not the stencil fonts. They're installed in my /Library/Fonts directory, and I can get them to appear correctly on my object/surface, but they won't "cut" the surface when I enter a negative distance (see attached screenshot).

Some fonts work but not all.  Any help?

It will allow me to extrude some fonts but not all. It won't allow me to extrude the Magneto font but the Matura it allows it. How can this be fixed?

This won't help, but Magneto extrudes fine on Windows 10 machine:

Hi,

1. Fusion prefers OTF fonts.
2. If fonts cannot be extruded, there is the possibility to convert the text into paths by right-clicking (Explode).
3. If this is not possible either, you have to create the text in a vector graphics application (Inkscape, Illustrator ...) and export it as SVG / DXF.

The reason for such behaviour lies in the design of the fonts, e.g. due to overlapping.

Another workaround is this font to SVG converter. https://danmarshall.github.io/google-font-to-svg-path/
