Can't edit sketches

A new issue I am seeing this morning on a very simple project is that I am creating sketches as usual but once I return to the sketch I can not change anything at all. Not dimensions or anything.  It is a new project with only one sketch. But even new sketches I add can not be edited. Fully constrained or not.  Can't seem to affect it and I am stuck here today.

 

Bllah!!  Selection filters.  My Bad!

 

Please advise.
