Can't chamfer edges

Hello, 

I am brand new to Fusion 360.  I am trying to chamfer the edges of this cylinder.  It is allowing the chamfer angle relative to the OD of the part as I want on the one side, but it is creating the chamfer relative to the face on the opposite side.  What do I need to do to control which relative surface I want to chamfer.

I hope I am understanding your question, if not please try to explain what you desire and the forum can surely help.  Next time you post a forum question about a particular model, you should attach your model for two main reasons.  The person who responds can answer the question on YOUR model making it a more relevant answer and also your model may have conditions that affect the answer.  Take a look at the Screencast and see it satisfies you need. 

If you do not know now to attach a model, simply open it in Fusion 360 and the select File, Export to your hard drive.  Then using the Attachments section below to attach it to your question.
