Can't automatically set depth of counterbore toolpath.

I'm trying to counterbore a hole by making a 2D pocket or adaptive clearing toolpath. I select the circle that was used to make the bore, but it doesn't seem to know the depth of the bore (it comes up 0). So I tried putting in the User Parameter that my model uses to specify the bore depth. It seems the CAM toolpath dialog does not accept User Parameters.

So, what should I do to get a proper depth?

Thanks,

It would be easier to select the edge at the bottom of the counterbore as the profile, as that's the depth you want.

You also have option on all the drop downs on the heights tab to set the levels.

PS You should have posted this in the CAM forum.

Ah, that's better, thanks.

And yeah, I normally do, just got careless.
