Hi for our project we need to make a 4m long banner.

When importing 4000px wide image we get an error that the image quality is to low. Can we do better?

I see after rendering we can change items, but they are blocked to a max of 16 credits

Hi @Anonymous,

The largest image that you can render using Cloud Rendering or Local from Fusion is 4000 pixels x 4000 pixels. We have found that this works for most of our customers and that's why decided to keep it at this limit. This won't be good enough for printing your banner since that probably requires a much higher resolution.

The reason that you are blocked at 16 cloud credits is because of the subscription that you have - either Enthusiast or Education. These are both free accounts and that's why there is a limit of 16 cc.

Thanks,

Hi,

For some reason the output of cloud renderings from Revit 2018 is limited at 2000px by 2000px while the same file from Revit 2017 goes up to 4000px by 4000px. Any idea why is that happening?

Same problem. now we are stuck with a final university project with low-quality render on large board.... because we cannot downgrade a revit 2018 to 2017 ... to get a better render quality.

So what's your proposal to get renderings higher than 4000px. Need this for a project of mine. Just say it's not possible doesn't work for me.

Hi,
4000 pixels x 4000 pixels is the highest range here.
Thank you.

I don't understand why there's even a limit in the first place. Please remove it.
