can open Fusion 360

Today I was unable to open 360, which has never happened, at least like this. Yesterday was fine and I have changed nothing.

So I restarted the PC, and restarted the modem and tried opening multiple times. Once I was able to open 360 but the data panel was empty. Sometimes I am asked to sign in, and when I do, and then get error (360 service message)

Hi @jwrockstarr0,

 

Hmm, that seems strange. Just to check - no new changes to your network settings by any changes (new router, proxy, etc.)? If not, let's try deleting your Web Services folder (cached login data) and see if that helps. To do this:

 

  • Exit out of Fusion 360
  • Navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk
  • Delete Web Services Folder
  • Launch Fusion 360 and sign in again.

Did this seem to solve the issue? If not, can you send me your app log files? This link here should tell you how to get those.
