Hi,

Sorry that you are facing this problem after our update. We would like to get a little more information about what is not working for you. I know you mentioned that you are seeing a grid. Can you please attach and image of what you see or a small video of what is not working? Also in the top right corner of the product you will see the ? - in there is the diagnostic log files. This will generate a zip file. Can you please send that to raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com?

Are you running Windows and how are you starting Fusion?  I have a very similar problem now, where if I try to start it using the desktop icon or quick launch icon it doesn't work.  If I start it from the start menu however it does work.

Hi ,

I know you reinstated Fusion, but I would suggest uninstall + clearing all Fusion related folder. See please http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?caas=caas%2Fsfdcarticles%2Fsfdcarticles%2FHow-to-do-a-c...

If I do this clean uninstall procedure will I loose every thing I have been working on? And how  do I get Fusion back installed after the clean uninstall.

Fusion saves all data/models online, means data/models are not on your computer, they are saved in cloud repository. That's why data are accessible also via web A 360 (myhub.autodesk.com).

Only when you work in offline mode a saved files while in offline then data/models are saved locally on your PC (data will get into cloud when you switch Fusion online - data get uploaded into cloud). So by cleaning recommended folders you will loose data created/saved in offline. But I suppose you work in online and all your data are in cloud, so you are not going to loose them.

For sure, you can export file as F3D to local drive (open file, from main menu File -> Export. Later you can import them File -> New Design From File or upload them.

Fresh installation: from Autodesk web page http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview

Hello,

I have just a small comment regarding the clearing procedure - you can use “Fusion 360 Cleaner tool” which is located here:
