Can Not Update Linked Components

Hello

After the Fusion update I can not update my linked componets.

I have a large design that is made up of many linked componets.

The links are still valid and I can still right click and say open componet but I can't update to latest version.

If I click Chose Version the popup window opens and just sits there and spins.

Thanks

Tim

Do any of those linked designs have other designs linked to them?  If so it will be necessary to open those designs and update them individually.

The Fusion team is working on "deep update", which should allow one to open a design and update it without going through all of the sub-assemblies.

If the answer to the above is "no", I seem to recall a previous post about it, but could not find it on a cursory search.

No, none of the linked components have links in them.

The design consists of a bunch of single custom parts that are linked to a top level.

There are also a bunch of non linked B roll parts, IE vendor supplied models.

I went through and resaved all the components anyway and that did not make a difference.

One component is on V11 yet the top level only reflects V3 and will not update.

I was able to fix the problem

A closer look after resaving all the components showed only 1 was not updating.

Lucky it was on the outside of the design with only a few joints refrencing it.

Deleting the component and replacing it fixed the problem, but that's a gross fix.

The error I was getting went away as well.
