Can not enter drawing mode in F360

I am trying to enter drawing mode in F360 but I can not. After creating/loading design into F360 when i select Drawing it starts to enter that mode - small window appear to "create drawing" parameters, and when i press ok with default settings, upper buttons od frawing mode appear and after a few seconds F360 comes back to design mode.

Has anyone had something similiar and found a solution. I uninstalled F360 and installed it again - no effect.

Darek.

Hi @dziarski69

I would suggest that you try a Clean Uninstall of Fusion (different to a standard uninstall)

Make sure that you download the uninstaller tool and follow the instructions in the link above.
Download a fresh copy of Fusion 360 here, when you are ready to re-install.

Also can you share your system specs with us? What graphics card and driver are you running, which OS are you on?

Here's how you can check your system specs and share the results:

Hi @dziarski69

I'm not a hardware expert, but it looks like your system might not meet the minimum system requirements.

The system requirements require DirectX11 (Direct3D 10.1 or greater), your specs appear to be Direct X 9 (GPU Driver API: DirectX 9.0).

I hope that the clean uninstall (as I detailed above) helps you. You can also try to update your graphics driver (see below), this button will take you to the correct webpage to download the latest driver for your PC, but as your driver is over 5 years old, I'm not sure how you will get on (GPU Driver Date: 11/25/2015).

You can also check the "Limit effects to optimize performance" box, to see if this helps.

I just tried it and it worked for me. I would try the reset or uninstall and download as mentioned.

I made everything you suggested - clean uninstall, driver update and direct x update. Unfortunatelly all graphics drivers were up to date, also directX. I have directX 12 although GPU API from F360 says it is direct x 9. Even simplest designs doesnt allow me to enter drawing mode. No clue what to do else 😞

In your posting of your computer specifications, you list your operating system as:

What is "bitowy" OS?  I am not familiar with this operating system.

It means that operating system is 64 bits, just in my language; Windows 10 64bit - same thing.
