Can not edit feature - BUG

It looks like you are in the Direct Modeling Environemnt and not in the Parametric mode (no timeline is located at the bottom of the workspace). When in Direct Modeling, this is the as designed behavior of Fusion 360. You can use the DM tools to edit the existing geometry or delete and recreate the geometry with a new feature.

To add to Nathan’s comment, the Direct Modeling environment (do not capture design history, selected after right clicking on the root component) can be a really easy and free form environment for trying out various ideas. But if you need to re-do some actions, the only option is to step backwards using Undo, or delete the part or feature and do over. 

If you want to be able to tweak a sketch profile and have changes propagate through the design, you need to right click on the root component and select “Capture Design History”.

I'd have to add to the comments altready made that it looks like that you work with some imported geometry.

If you start a design in Fusion 360 with imported geometry from a STEP, IGES etc. the default in Fusion 360 is to disable the timeline feature.

I am not on my Fusion machine at the moment but IIRC you'll have to left click on the root of the browser and can enable the timeline feature from there.
